We are Julia and Finn, two techies obsessed with sourdough and the builders of Sourdough Tracker. We built it for our own starters.

Sourdough Tracker is built and run in Germany. We don't just tinker with software, we are also building a Sensor Kit for every home so you can track your sourdough. It's fun, and it brings genuinely great bread to the breakfast table (and whenever else you fancy bread). Have fun, Julia & Finn.

From bakers who keep starters alive

Your starter, written down.

Hobbyists, micro-bakery owners, parents who taught their kids to bake - this is what Sourdough Tracker did for them.

"I have three starters of different ages. The journal made it obvious that the rye one peaks four hours faster than the wheat one. Now my bake timing is finally right."

"I share my main starter's journal with my mum without giving her access to the rest. She's three hundred kilometres away and we still bake together."

"Tried five 'baking journals' that wanted me to subscribe before they'd even let me add a starter. This one doesn't, and the EU hosting is the cherry on top."
