The two of us behind Sourdough Tracker.

We just really love baking bread. On 2 January 2026 our New Year's resolution was to live and eat a little healthier, so yeast turned into sourdough. And because we like keeping our resolutions (normal, right?), we naturally needed a system to help us.

We diligently collected data with our sensors, threw a few AI models and the like at it, and then we thought: cute little sourdough starters that say hi now and then and send a reminder would be pretty nice too. Well, here we are :)
